Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by Towerbridge Inc. DBA TowerBridge Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. Service Agreement

This agreement is between:

  • You (the Client)
  • Towerbridge Inc. DBA TowerBridge Agency

Together, both parties are referred to as the “Parties.”

We provide outsourcing and virtual support services, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual assistance
  • Bookkeeping
  • Call center services
  • Data entry
  • Marketing support
  • IT support
  • Customer service

 In addition, we may expand or adjust services based on your business needs.

2. Services

2.1 Scope of Services

We define all services in your agreement (Exhibit A). These services may vary depending on your requirements.

2.2 Service Adjustments

We may update or modify services. However, both parties must agree to changes in writing.

2.3 Performance Standards

You may set minimum performance expectations.

If a team member does not meet your standards:

  • You can request a replacement
  • We will provide a suitable alternative as soon as possible

3. Compensation

You agree to pay for services based on:

  • Hourly rates
  • Weekly rates
  • Or custom pricing (as agreed)

All pricing details will be confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

You must make payments in advance.

We accept:

  • Credit cards
  • PayPal

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

In addition:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You must cancel before the renewal date

5. Workforce & Monitoring

We may use tracking and monitoring tools to:

  • Measure productivity
  • Improve performance
  • Ensure service quality

As a result, you can request reports at any time.

If you are not satisfied with a worker:
You can request a replacement immediately

6. Confidentiality

We protect your confidential information at all times.

This includes:

  • Business operations
  • Financial data
  • Internal processes
  • Proprietary information

However, confidentiality does not apply if:

  • Information becomes public
  • A third party legally provides it
  • The law requires disclosure

7. Representations & Warranties

We confirm that:

  • We have full authority to provide services
  • All work delivered can be used by you without restriction

8. Term & Termination

8.1 Agreement Duration

This agreement runs on a month-to-month basis.

8.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days’ written notice.

After termination:

  • We will return all client-owned materials
  • All outstanding payments must be settled

9. Indemnification

Each party agrees to protect the other from:

  • Claims
  • Damages
  • Losses

This applies if issues arise due to:

  • Negligence
  • Breach of agreement
  • Unlawful actions

This clause remains valid even after termination.

10. Relationship of the Parties

This agreement does not create:

  • A partnership
  • A joint venture
  • An employment relationship

Each party operates independently.

11. Proprietary Information

We will keep all proprietary business information confidential.

However, we may disclose it if:

  • Required by law
  • Approved in writing

12. Assignment

You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent.

13. Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between both parties.

It replaces all previous discussions or agreements.

14. Notices

All notices must be:

  • Written
  • Sent via email or official communication channels

15. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

16. Modifications

Any changes to this agreement must:

  • Be in writing
  • Be signed by both parties

17. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a clause, it does not mean we waive our rights permanently.

18. Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

19. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to hire or solicit our staff:

  • During the agreement
  • For 2 years after termination

If violated, we may seek legal action.

20. Children’s Policy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18.

If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

21. SMS & Communication Policy

We may send SMS messages if you opt in.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-ups
  • Service updates

Important details:

  • Frequency: 1–3 messages per week
  • You can opt out anytime by texting STOP
  • Message and data rates may apply

22. Carrier Disclaimer
